Using Bookmarks to Organize Your Sweepstakes

Firefox is the web browser I use because of the many features that can be used to make entering sweepstakes easier. One of these features is the bookmark tool. With Firefox, you can easily create bookmark folders for new sweepstakes, organize them by end date, and open all of your daily, weekly, or monthly entries with a single click. This can help you to enter more sweepstakes with less wasted time.


Here's what to do:

1. Click on the "Bookmarks" menu at the top of your Firefox screen.
2. Select "Organize Bookmarks."
3. Create a new folder called "Sweepstakes."
4. Create new sub-folders called "Daily," "Weekly," and "Monthly," and "Instant Win."
5. When you find sweepstakes that you would like to enter on a regular basis, click on the Bookmarks menu and select "Bookmark This Page."
6. Name the bookmark with the sweepstake's end date and it's name. For example: 12/31/2011 Oprah $100,000 Giveaway. Using the end date first allows you to easily see the end date of each sweep in the bookmark name so you can remove sweepstakes as they expire. 
7. Be sure you are storing the page under the proper sub-directory based on the entry frequency. Click "OK."
8. When you are ready to enter sweepstakes, click on the "Bookmarks" menu, hold your mouse over the "Daily" folder, and click on the selection "Open All in Tabs." All of your daily sweepstakes will open at once, saving you the time it takes to hunt down all of your sweeps each day and open their pages one at a time.

Tips:
Enter your daily sweepstakes using this method each day.
Set aside a specific day of the week to for the weekly entries.
Choose a specific day each month for monthly entries.
If you enter a lot of sweepstakes, you might want to create a new sub-directory for every 10 sweepstakes, that way when you click to "open all" it will reduces loading time and strain on your computer.
