Grand Prize: Winner and one (1) guest will receive a 4-day /3-night trip to Los Angeles, CA currently scheduled to take place from August 10 – 13, 2013. The Trip will consist of the following:
(a.) Round-trip coach class airfare for GP Winner and guest from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to the GP Winner’s permanent residence (or, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200-mile radius of Los Angeles) to a Los Angeles-area airport;
(b.) Three (3) nights hotel accommodation for GP Winner and guest at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only);
(c.) airport transfers (if applicable) and ground transportation to/from the Event (defined below);
(d.) $250 spending money; and (e.) two (2) tickets to attend the Teen Choice® Awards, currently scheduled to take place on Sunday, August 11, 2013 (the “Event”).
